· Help for nurseries for the children of employees of the hotel as well as for the purchase of books for Primary Education, Secondary Education and University. · Help for handicapped employees.
· Learning languages:
· English classes, which began in the academic year 2006 are offered to employees of the Hotel either in the Hotel or Academy English Centre.
· British Council Grants, based on the agreement that since 2002 has bonded Wellington with the British Council. So far this has involved providing a variable number of scholarships
to study English for one academic year in the adult centre of the British Council of Madrid. The scholarships are awarded annually in July and students are selected according to the procedure for assessing merit, ability, and economic resources.
· Fellowship Farm Summer School: In April 2008 there will be the possibility for the staff of the Hotel Wellington to apply a place at the farm school "The Alamo" and “Giraluna”.
· Training courses: All the training needs that arise throughout the year 2008 of employees of Wellington Services and Wellington Hotel will be attended to.
